Maddison Cramer

Maddison is a former corporate lawyer with a focus on mining and resources. She has 10 years’ experience as a lawyer and company secretary with corporate transactions, including capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and backdoor listings, and due diligence investigations.

Maddison is well-versed in employee incentive schemes, shareholder meetings, and JORC reporting. She also has experience drafting and implementing corporate governance policies, managing Board evaluations, implementing risk management frameworks, addressing proxy advisor concerns and maintaining statutory compliance frameworks.

She is currently company secretary of a number of ASX-listed mining and resources companies, and was previously the company secretary of Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL) (then ASX300). Prior to this, Maddison was an associate at Bellanhouse Legal and HWL Ebsworth Lawyers.
Michael Naylor

Mike is a Chartered Accountant with 27 years’ experience in corporate advisory and public company management since commencing his career and qualifying as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young. He has been involved in the financial management of mineral and resources focused public companies, serving on boards and in executive management teams focused on advancing and developing mineral resource assets and business development. Mike has worked in Australia and Canada and has extensive experience in financial reporting, capital raisings, debt financings and treasury management of resource companies.​

He was a founder and previous Executive Director of ASX-200 company Bellevue Gold Limited and previous Executive Director of Cygnus Metals. Michael currently serves as Executive Director of FireFly Metals Limited (ASX:FFM) and Non-Executive Director of Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL).
Ryan Sebbes

Ryan is a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years’ experience in public practice and private business across a range of industries. Prior to joining Belltree Corporate, Ryan worked in the finance team for Myer Family Investments, who are long-term investors with a global, multi asset class portfolio, and Westbridge Funds Management, an all-encompassing real estate investment company.

​Ryan is currently Joint Company Secretary and Financial Controller at Energy Transition Minerals Ltd (ASX: ETM) and Joint Company Secretary of Midas Minerals (ASX:MM1).
